I keep a lot of my personal work in little watercolor notebooks. I usually pick up a moleskine book at B&N or borders when I get a book coupon - I like the leather/pleather cover on them because I put these little notebooks though a lot of abuse and the paintings stay protected that way.
I also hop notebooks frequently, so you can see paintings from a year or two ago along with recent ones in this notebook!
